Our Methodology
With the use of extensive recruitment knowledge gained in the North West over the last 15 years, the Directors operate a very ‘hands-on’ approach and method to develop a solid working foundation, visiting all clients at least monthly to achieve the ultimate working relationship.
All our consultants initially spend time at your premises to gauge your individual requirements and needs. This ensures when we do supply we achieve the ‘right fit’, no square pegs in round holes!!
In order to best deal with the unique needs of different business sectors we operate specialist divisions. Your consultant will be experienced in your market and have specific understanding of your day to day requirements.
Our Temporary Workforce
We have a large database of candidates whether it be a warehouseman, FLT Driver or administrator you are seeking. In essence we interview over 100 applicants a week to ensure we have the highest calibre available when we take your call. Not everybody we see has the personal attributes to become a member of the ‘Xpress team’, we have an extremely rigorous selection process and only those meeting the highest standards will be put forward to meet our customers.
All applicants are assessed and skill tested for competence and personal attributes.
Temporary Workers undergo a thorough interview and referencing policy to ensure they have the experience to match your need.
